 How long will it take for my products to ship?

Orders take about 7-10 days to complete and ship, but we do everything in our power to ship sooner than that!

 

What material do you use to print the miniatures?

Our models are 3D printed with Navy Gray ABS-like Photo Polymer Resin, or UV resin, which uses the latest 3D printing technology to produce a model.

 

What scale are the miniatures?

Within each listing, in the description or title, you can find the scale of the model with base size. If the measurements aren't listed, or you're wondering if we can print that model in a different scale, contact us and we'll be happy to answer your questions!

Do you offer painted miniatures?

Not at this time. All minis will arrive unprimed and unpainted.

 

Why is my model unassembled/What is the best way to assemble my models?

Most models have to be printed in multiple pieces. Superglue is best to bond these parts together. Please note, a small amount of glue can go a long way!

 

Do you ship outside the US?

Unfortunately, not at this time. But maybe in the future!

 

What is your return/exchange policy?

All orders are custom and printed upon purchase. Due to this, returns/exchanges are not accepted.

 

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
